Terms and conditions

The customer pays a 25% deposit when booking, with the remaining balance due at the venue.

A cancellation may be requested by contacting management at least 24 hours before the booking. Management must approve the cancellation; once approved, the full deposit will be refunded. Customers cannot cancel directly through the website.

A booking may be rescheduled once at no charge by contacting management at least 4 hours before it starts. Rescheduling is subject to availability and management approval, and cannot be performed directly by the customer through the website.

Management is not responsible for loss, injury, or damage occurring at the venue, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The customer confirms, for themselves and their group, that they are physically fit and mentally capable of participating in the booked activity.

The customer is responsible for the cost of damage caused by misuse, vandalism, or damage to venue facilities or equipment by the customer or their group.

The customer will be notified when the booking time ends. If they do not respond within 5 minutes, a SAR 60 late fee will apply and management may enter the court to end its use.

The booking allows for one lost ball. A fee of SAR 15 applies for each additional lost ball.

Management is not responsible for lost personal belongings at the venue.

Anyone under 16 is prohibited from entering the court and its facilities. Entry is permitted from age 16 onward.

The customer and their group may enter and use the court facilities only during their booked time.

Maximum attendance is 4 people for one hour, 6 for 90 minutes, 8 for two hours, and 10 for three hours.
