Cancellation and refunds

A cancellation may be requested by contacting management at least 24 hours before the booking. Once management approves it, the full deposit will be refunded. Self-service cancellation is not available.

One free reschedule may be requested by contacting management at least 4 hours before the booking, subject to availability and management approval.
